David Bennett
David Bennett began his real estate career in 1974 and later served as training director for what was then the world’s largest real estate company. Working with agents from around the world gave him a close view of the financing obstacles that often kept buyers from moving forward. That experience helped inspire the approach behind Financier$ Mortgage: take the time to understand the complete situation before asking a client to complete a lengthy application, and move forward when there is a genuine probability—not merely a possibility—of achieving the loan they want on terms that fit their goals. Over the years, David has written and taught courses in real estate and mortgage lending, including real estate law, and has worked as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser while originating mortgages. His broad understanding of lending, appraisal, and the real estate transaction helps him anticipate challenges and stay closely connected with clients throughout the process.

Debbie Bennett
Debbie Bennett and her husband, David, have owned Financier$ Mortgage since 1984. Throughout that time, Debbie has served as both a mortgage loan originator and loan processor, giving her an end-to-end understanding of the lending process. She has worked with Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo financing and brings additional perspective from extensive experience in the title business and more than 20 years as a licensed real estate professional. Mortgages are Debbie’s passion, and personal availability is central to how she serves. She works closely with clients from the first conversation through closing and makes herself available whenever questions arise, helping borrowers feel supported throughout the entire process.

JD Bennett
JD Bennett may be new to the mortgage industry as a loan originator, but the business has been part of his life from the beginning. His parents have owned Financier$ Mortgage since the day he was born, giving him a lifelong view of the care, persistence, and personal responsibility behind helping families finance a home. Before joining the family business, JD built a successful career as an accomplished chef, where precision, preparation, and exceptional service mattered every day. He now brings that same high standard of service to each client, helping homebuyers feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their homebuying journey.
